When land is considered for redevelopment through subdivision our valuers will reassess the worth of the property, taking into account such things as zoning, site sizes, market demand, land values for both larger and smaller sites and costs associated with the subdivision.  The determined value/s will be based on a profit and risk factor derived from the market.

Valuers do not work on a set scale of fees, as valuations are relective of the size, location and value of the property. Fees must also take into consideration the purpose of the valuation, the amount of market research required and the time taken to complete the valuation.
